Course Objectives
Explore the configuration, design and capabilities of the equipment.
Create and modify files associated with a project in order to become familiar with the configurable attributes of the application.
A maximum of 6 people per course.

CLASS ROOM : ANALOG ADDRESSABLE PANELS
To provide the knowledge and practice necessary to effectively install, commission, maintain, expand and update, the Analog Addressable fire detection panel
Course Duration
Half day Course: 09.00 – 13.00
Course Objectives
Explore the design and capabilities of the panel and menu features.
Use Loop Explorer software to transfer fire system configurations and firmware upgrades to/from the Analog Addressable fire detection panel.
Create and modify cause and effect files, to explore the configurable attributes of the panel and associated protocol partners.
Build a small network of panels and configure network settings to maintain a fault tolerant network.
This course has been developed as a result of feedback gained from previous delegates and is biased toward practical field based elements.
Each group of 2 delegates will have their own panel, to explore/configure and additionally will each have a separate panel with which to configure network scenarios.
A PowerPoint presentation will support the practical elements and will be used only to highlight key aspects that could not be communicated otherwise.

CLASS ROOM : EXTINGUISHING TRAINING COURSE
To provide the knowledge and practice necessary to effectively maintain, expand and update, where applicable, XT, Conventional XT+ and Addressable XT+ Extinguishant Control Panels
Course Duration
Half day Course: 09.00 – 13.00
Course Objectives
Explore the design and capabilities of the Panels and menu features.
Use Loop Explorer 2 (LE2) software to transfer fire system configurations and firmware upgrades to/from the Addressable XT+ Panel.
Using LE2 modify cause and effect files, to explore the configurable attributes of the panel and associated protocol partners.
A PowerPoint presentation will be used to highlight key aspects that could not be communicated otherwise.
